Our management team is composed of experienced professional chefs, event planners and event managers. Formerly known as Page Cater Catering, we have changed our name,but not our total commitment to excellent customer service and delicious food.

 

MIKE MILAN ~ Owner & Executive Chef

Mike's 25 years of culinary experience have included Chef positions at the Beacon Hill Union Club and the American Academy of Arts & Sciences. In 1999 he became chef and kitchen manager at Page Carter Catering. In November of 2002 he bought Page's company and launched Beaujolais Catering.

         
   
   

Patty Kopperl ~ Event Planner

A Grande Diplome Graduate and stagiare of La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine in Paris, Patty joined Page Carter as sales and events planner in 1994. Her experience in the Boston food scene includes Currier & Chives Catering, Creative Gourmets, Ltd. and Rudi's on Newbury Street.


       
         

Suzi Parks ~ Event Planner & Pastry Consultant

After training at the International Pastry Arts Center, Suzi baked at East Meets West Catering and was Pastry Chef at Mamma Maria Restaurant. In 1993 she started Wedding Angels, specializing in wedding cakes and dresses. In 1994 Suzi joined Page Carter as event planner and pastry consultant.

A Wellesley College Alumna recently wrote, “I am so grateful to Patty, she made my 50th reunion responsibilities a delight … not a job!”
