| MIKE MILAN ~ Owner & Executive Chef Mike's 25 years of culinary experience have included Chef positions at the Beacon Hill Union Club and the American Academy of Arts & Sciences. In 1999 he became chef and kitchen manager at Page Carter Catering. In November of 2002 he bought Page's company and launched Beaujolais Catering. |
